NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Horticulture Agency Gujrat invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of Out Door Advertisement Fee for the financial year 2026-27 within the jurisdiction of Gujrat. This auction provides an opportunity for eligible bidders to acquire the exclusive rights to collect advertisement fees from outdoor advertising sites across the city for a period of one year, starting from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027.
Items being auctioned:
- Collection rights for Out Door Advertisement Fee within Gujrat city limits for the year 2026-27 (Reserve Price: Rs. 36,564,000)
- Earnest Money (Bid Security): Rs. 3,656,400 (10% of reserve price, refundable)
The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting advertisement fees as per the terms and conditions set by the Horticulture Agency. The auction will be held on 09-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned, and all interested parties must submit their sealed bids along with the required earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria, including registration with FBR and being on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), will be allowed to participate. The auction process will be transparent, and the highest bidder meeting all requirements will be awarded the contract.
Bidders are advised to thoroughly review the detailed terms and conditions, including the requirement for an affidavit of non-defaulter status, payment schedule, and compliance with all relevant laws. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount as per the schedule and will be responsible for all applicable taxes, including withholding tax and stamp duty. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
