AUCTION: Parking Stand, Shops, and Lease Rights for Municipal Committee Khushab 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Khushab invites open public auction bids for the lease rights of various municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the Committee's office on 22-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties must bring their original CNIC and a pay order/CDR equivalent to 10% of the reserve price as earnest money. The auction covers parking stands, shops, and other municipal properties, with the successful bidder required to deposit the remaining amount as per the terms. The following assets are being auctioned: - Parking Stand General Bus Stand, Municipal Committee Khushab (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,464,500, Security: Rs. 364,500, Lease Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Lease Rights of 6 Shops (2+2+2) at General Bus Stand, Municipal Committee Khushab (Annual Rent per Shop: Rs. 24,000, Security: Rs. 200,000) - Lease Rights of 7 Shops (1+1+1+1+1+1+1) at Vegetable Market, Municipal Committee Khushab (Annual Rent per Shop: Rs. 13,500, Security: Rs. 50,000) - Lease Rights of 1 Shop at General Bus Stand, Municipal Committee Khushab (Annual Rent: Rs. 10,000, Security: Rs. 100,000) All bidders must comply with the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and must sign the agreement on the spot. In case of default or non-compliance, the earnest money will be forfeited. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
