AUCTION: Surplus, Scraped, Unserviceable Goods and Condemned Vehicles at Mayo Hospital Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Mayo Hospital Lahore invites interested and eligible firms and persons to participate in an open auction for surplus, scraped, unserviceable goods, condemned vehicles, machinery, equipment, spare parts, stores, stock, trees, and miscellaneous items placed at Mayo Hospital Lahore. The auction is conducted on an as-is and where-is basis, allowing bidders to inspect items physically during office hours from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM at the hospital premises. Items being auctioned include: - Surplus goods - Scraped items - Unserviceable goods - Condemned vehicles - Machinery and equipment - Spare parts - Stores and stock - Trees - Miscellaneous items The auction dates are scheduled from 15-10-2026 through 15-06-2027 on multiple specified dates. All citizens and firms of Pakistan are eligible to participate except employees of the Health Department and their relatives. Participants must deposit PKR 100,000 in cash as security and provide a copy of CNIC by 10:00 AM on the auction day. The highest bidder will be declared successful and must deposit 25% of the auction amount on the same day via cash, demand draft, or pay order (no cheques accepted). Successful bidders must also deposit income tax of 10% (filers) or 20% (non-filers) on the auction day and lift their acquired goods within five days. Failure to deposit the full amount within five days will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the second highest bidder being considered successful. Government taxes apply as per prevailing rules. Participants must bring original CNIC and, if a firm, an authority letter. The auction committee reserves the right to cancel the auction without liability.
