AUCTION: Used Vehicles Disposal by Military Accountant General Rawalpindi Cantt

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Military Accountant General office located at Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi Cantt invites sealed bids for the disposal of used vehicles. The vehicles are offered on an "As is where is Basis" and bidders are required to submit their bids along with a photo copy of CNIC and Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to 5% of the total bid as refundable earnest money in the name of DDO MAG office Rawalpindi. The bids will be received by 13-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Items being auctioned: - Suzuki Jeep (Potohar), Registration No GLTA-6277, Model 2006, Engine Capacity 970cc - Suzuki Bolan, Registration No QAK-994, Model 2000, Engine Capacity 796cc - Suzuki Bolan, Registration No MNX-5184, Model 2000, Engine Capacity 796cc - Suzuki Bolan Van VX, Registration No RIW-6802, Model 1998, Engine Capacity 796cc - Yamaha M/Cycle, Registration No RIV-6793, Model 1995, Engine Capacity 100cc The vehicles can be inspected on any working day from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Advance tax at 11% will be deducted from the purchaser (Filer). The total amount must be paid within 7 days of acceptance of the bid. The successful bidder will be responsible for transfer of the vehicle in their own name within 15 working days and for payment of all dues and transfer fees. MAG office reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the vehicles before bidding and ensure timely submission of all required documents and payments to avoid disqualification.
