AUCTION: Bank's Vehicles by Habib Bank Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Habib Bank Limited (HBL) invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the auction of the following bank vehicles located in Multan. The vehicles are offered on an "as is where is basis" and bidders are responsible for all taxes and transfer fees. Items being auctioned: - ALSVIN LUMIERE AT, Registration No: AYT-983, Model 2025 - SUZUKI ALTO VXR, Registration No: AUQ-193, Model 2025 - SUZUKI ALTO VXR, Registration No: ASJ-272, Model 2024 The vehicles can be inspected at the HBL warehouse on Old Bahawalpur Road near Irrigation Office on 27 Oct 2026 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Documentation details will be provided at inspection. Bidders must submit sealed bids marked with the vehicle registration number to the Regional Collection Manager, HBL Consumer Center, 1st Floor Hussain Agahi Road Main Branch, Multan before the close of office hours on 28 Oct 2026. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money through Demand Draft or Pay Order equal to 10% of the bid amount in favor of HBL. Unsuccessful pay orders will be refunded within 10 days of bid opening. The auction committee will open all offers on 28 Oct 2026 at the HBL Consumer Center, Multan. The successful bidder must pay the balance within 3 working days of acceptance, failing which the 10% down payment will be forfeited. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for bidders to acquire relatively new bank vehicles. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids with proper earnest money to avoid disqualification.
