The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites bids for the auction of BER Technical Store Items located at 73-Trade Centre M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPAD Ver. 2 platform by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the NADRA Regional Head Office. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN Certificate, proof of active taxpayer status, and a fresh certificate of no blacklisting. Bid security of Rs. 67,130/- is required and must be submitted in original to the Admin Branch at NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore. The starting bid price is Rs. 671,300/-. Successful bidders must pay 18% sales tax, 10% income tax for filers or 20% for non-filers, and deposit 25% of the bid amount on the same day with the balance within 24 working hours. Bidders are advised to inspect the items at the NADRA Regional Head Office prior to bidding. Removal of items must be completed within 48 hours of payment at the bidder's own expense. Failure to comply may result in demurrage charges of 2% per day on the total bid amount.
