Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), Constituent College Depalpur, Okara, invites sealed bids for the auction of the standing wheat crop for the year 2026. The auction pertains to 47 kanal of land located in Chak No. 189/GB, Tehsil Depalpur, District Okara. The auction will be held on 25 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the college premises.
Items being auctioned:
- Standing wheat crop on 47 kanal of land in Chak No. 189/GB, Depalpur (reserve price: Rs. 15,000 per kanal)
The successful bidder will be required to deposit Rs. 500 as a non-refundable participation fee before the auction. The highest bidder must deposit one-third of the total bid amount on the spot as earnest money, with the remaining amount to be paid within the stipulated period. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The decision of the committee will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
Interested parties must bring their original CNIC and proof of address. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms. The wheat crop is being auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis, and bidders are encouraged to inspect the site prior to the auction date. The auction will be conducted in a transparent manner, and all participants are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time to complete registration formalities.
