Cattle Market Committee Bhakkar invites sealed bids for the auction of fee collection rights for the Bhakkar cattle markets for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect entry and market fees at designated cattle markets in Bhakkar district. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions set by the committee, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate actively.
Items being auctioned:
- Fee collection rights for Bhakkar Cattle Market (annual reserve price: Rs. 4,000,000, earnest money: Rs. 400,000, tender fee: Rs. 30,000, security deposit: Rs. 40,000)
- Fee collection rights for Bhakkar Cattle Market (second lot, annual reserve price: Rs. 4,000,000, earnest money: Rs. 400,000, tender fee: Rs. 30,000, security deposit: Rs. 40,000)
The technical scope includes the management and collection of all applicable fees from market users as per the rules of the Cattle Market Committee. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring transparent and efficient fee collection throughout the contract period. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) along with their bids. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and fulfilling the committee's eligibility criteria will be considered.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction will be held on the same day.
