AUCTION: Bhong Market Committee Fee Collection Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Bhong is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for market fees and contract rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following lots: Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for market fee at Market Committee Bhong (Reserve Price: PKR 4,900,000, Call Deposit: PKR 490,000, Registration Fee: PKR 30,000, Auction Date: 26-08-2026 at 12:00 PM) - Collection rights for license fee at Market Committee Bhong (Reserve Price: PKR 2,500,000, Call Deposit: PKR 250,000, Registration Fee: PKR 30,000, Auction Date: 26-08-2026 at 12:00 PM) The technical scope includes the right to collect the specified fees from the market for the entire financial year. Bidders must submit a call deposit receipt (CDR) equivalent to 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on. Only those who have registered and deposited the required fee will be allowed to participate in the auction. The successful bidder will be required to fulfill all legal and administrative obligations as per the rules of the Market Committee Bhong. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, registration with the relevant tax authorities, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the auction notice. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Bhong on 26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. All interested parties must ensure their presence at the specified time and date.
