AUCTION: Boeing 767-336 Aircraft at Sialkot International Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. An open public auction is announced for the sale of a Boeing 767-336 ER aircraft (Registration No: HS-JAS), quantity 01, currently parked at Sialkot International Airport, Pakistan, on an 'as is where is basis'. The aircraft details include Year of Manufacture 1991, Serial No 25203, Airframe total hours/cycles 54500/32651, and engines RR-4052-1C with left and right hours/cycles specified. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Sialkot International Airport Limited. Items being auctioned: - Boeing 767-336 ER Aircraft (Registration No: HS-JAS), Qty 01 The auction terms require interested bidders to pay a non-refundable inspection fee of Rs. 25,000 to Sialkot International Airport Limited. Inspection is allowed on working days from 1100 to 1530 hours between 26-10-2026 and 04-11-2026, with no cameras or mobile phones permitted during inspection or auction. Applications for inspection must be submitted with two CNIC copies by 02-11-2026. The auction will be held on 06-11-2026 at 1100 hours at Sialkot International Airport. Bidders must submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 500,000 as Earnest Money on auction day, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Only bidders submitting Earnest Money and application forms will be allowed to participate. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the total bid within three working days and the remaining 75% within ten working days after approval, failing which the auctioneer may forfeit the earnest money. The auctioneer reserves the right to proceed with the next highest bidder if the highest bid is cancelled. Only Demand Drafts in favor of Sialkot International Airport or the court-designated account are acceptable; other payment instruments will not be entertained. The auctioneer may interpret terms to ensure transparency. All applicable government levies and taxes are payable by the successful bidder over and above the bid value. The successful bidder must sign an agreement for aircraft removal within the stipulated time. The auctioneer may annul the auction if bids do not meet the pre-determined reserve price of 400,000 US Dollars or equivalent. Court orders will prevail. This auction is conducted under the order dated 05-05-2026 by the learned Civil Judge 1st Class, Sambrial, in the case titled 'Sialkot International Airport vs Jet Asia Airways Company Limited'.
