NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Welfare Wing, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites interested firms and individuals to participate in an open public auction for the disposal of cutwood and wood stock available at Poonch House Colony, Lahore. The cutwood has been classified and assessed by the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Lahore Forest Division, and is available for auction. Interested parties may inspect the cutwood at Poonch House Colony, Lahore, from 20.10.2026 to 03.11.2026 between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM on working days.

The auction will be held on 04.11.2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of S&GAD, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. The auction will be conducted on an "as is where is" basis. Participating firms or individuals must provide an original CNIC of the authorized representative along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 30,000 in favor of Property Manager-VIII, Welfare Wing, S&GAD, prior to participation. The CDR will only be accepted up to 02:00 PM on 03.11.2026. All applicable taxes shall be payable by the successful firm as per government rules. The highest bid is subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful firm must deposit the full bid amount within 03 days of acceptance and remove the auctioned items within 07 days, failing which the CDR shall be forfeited. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Bidders should ensure timely submission of their CDR and CNIC to avoid disqualification. Inspecting the stock beforehand is highly recommended to assess quality and quantity. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for timber traders and wood stock buyers in Lahore to acquire materials at competitive prices.
