Fixed premium payments vary by property type and location. Detailed terms and conditions include requirements for Demand Draft/CDR in favor of Divisional Accounts Officer Pakistan Railways Sukkur, submission of CNIC copies, and payment obligations for successful bidders. New shops must be constructed by bidders at their own cost following approved designs and specifications. Taxes and NOCs from local authorities may be required.
