AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable Store Items at Cantonment Board Kamra

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Kamra is conducting a public auction for the disposal of unserviceable store items at its premises. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction, which will be held on 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Cantonment Board Kamra. The auction is open to all eligible bidders who fulfill the specified requirements. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable and obsolete store items located at the Cantonment Board Kamra store (specific item list not provided in the notice) The auction will be conducted on an as-is-where-is basis. Bidders are required to deposit a refundable earnest money of PKR 150,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft to participate. The successful bidder must pay 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid after approval from the competent authority. All items must be removed from the premises within the stipulated time after full payment. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items before the auction date to assess their condition. Entry to the auction venue will not be allowed without the earnest money deposit.
