Market Committee Ali Pur invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the General Bus Stand and New Fruit Market Stand for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Ali Pur on 28.08.2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction to secure the rights for these lucrative collection points in Ali Pur.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Collection Rights, Ali Pur (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 300,000)
- New Fruit Market Stand Collection Rights, Ali Pur (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,200,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 120,000)
The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect fees and manage the respective stand for the period from 01.09.2026 to 30.06.2027. All participants must submit earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) as specified above, along with their application. The auction is open to all eligible parties, but preference will be given to those with a clean record and no outstanding dues with the Market Committee. Bidders must not be blacklisted or involved in any litigation against the committee. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement and deposit the full amount within the stipulated time.
