AUCTION: Cafeteria, Canteen, and Tuck-Shops Lease at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction for leasing its cafeteria, canteen, and tuck-shops for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. Items being auctioned: - Main Cafeteria located beside Doctors Residence The auction process is conducted entirely online via the e-Auction Portal at https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk/login and the official website www.nsictr.gop.pk. Interested parties must register on the portal as per the eligibility criteria detailed in the auction documents. Hard copies of applications are not required. The institution encourages timely registration before the deadline to avoid technical issues or submission failures. Applications found corrupt or containing viruses will be rejected. The reserve price for this auction is a bold PKR 5,000,000 for one year. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan. This must be submitted in original to the office of the Dean within ten days of the evaluation result announcement. Failure to do so will render the applicant ineligible for participation. Soft copies of these documents must be uploaded on the e-Auction Portal. The auction will be held on 01-12-2026, with registration closing on 18-11-2026. If any deadline falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the closing date. This auction is conducted under the 'e-Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC&ME Department. Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction documents and ensure all registration and earnest money requirements are met promptly to avoid disqualification.
