All movable and immovable structures installed will become property of Municipal Committee Samundri upon expiry or termination of the contract. Bidders may submit alternative proposals offering better facilities and services. Eligibility requires firms to have relevant experience in similar facility operations, valid NTN certificate, PRA registration, active FBR status, professional tax certificate for 2026-27, company profile, and valid tax registration documents. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Tender forms and bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) or downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted on or before 28-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Officer's office. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of the Evaluation Committee.
