Office Building Required on Rent for Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Lahore Regional Office

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) invites sealed bids for hiring an office building on rent to house its Regional Office in Lahore. The required building should have a covered area of at least 3500 to 4000 square feet with 08-10 spacious rooms and adequate washrooms. It must include porch or parking space for vehicles and be located preferably in areas such as Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Faisal Town, Garden Town, Saddar, Shadman, Muslim Town, or any other suitable area where government offices are currently situated. Items being procured: - Office building with covered area 3500 to 4000 sq ft - 08-10 spacious rooms - Adequate washrooms - Porch/parking space for vehicles The building must have essential civic amenities including gas, water, electricity, and a safe, secure location with reasonable entrance access. Interested parties should submit their bids in a single package containing two separate envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal. Bids must include details of the building location, covered area, porch size, number of rooms and washrooms with sizes, monthly rent demanded, advance payment if any, and photographs of the building both inside and outside. The sealed bids will be received until 17-11-2026 at 11:00 a.m. at OGRA's Head Office located at 37, Mauve Area, Service Road South G-10/4, Islamabad. The Technical Proposal will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. by OGRA's Bid Opening Committee. The building(s) offered will be physically inspected by OGRA's Bid Evaluation Committee to verify conformity with requirements before opening the Financial Proposal. Financial proposals of only technically accepted bids will be opened as per PPRA Rules. If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. OGRA reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules, 2004, considering the value for money. Bidders are advised to ensure that all required documents and details are complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. Visiting the site beforehand to confirm suitability and compliance with OGRA's requirements is highly recommended.
