Bids must be submitted in a single package containing two separate envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal. Sealed bids will be received until 17-11-2026 at 11:00 a.m. at OGRA's Head Office, 37 Mauve Area, Service Road South G-10/4, Islamabad. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. The building(s) offered will be physically inspected by OGRA's Bid Evaluation Committee to verify compliance with requirements before opening the financial proposals. Financial proposals of only technically accepted bids will be opened as per PPRA rules.
