AUCTION: Canteen, Cycle Stand, and Juice Corner Lease Rights at DHQ Hospital Jauharabad

Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of three commercial spots at DHQ Hospital Jauharabad. The auction will be held on 17-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned. Interested parties must submit their applications by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who wish to operate these facilities within the hospital premises for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Canteen at DHQ Hospital Jauharabad (Reserve price: Rs. 29000 per month) - Cycle Stand at DHQ Hospital Jauharabad (Reserve price: Rs. 9000 per month) - Juice Corner at DHQ Hospital Jauharabad (Reserve price: Rs. 5000 per month) Each location is being offered on a monthly lease basis, and the successful bidder will be required to pay the monthly rent as per the reserve price or higher, depending on the auction outcome. The canteen is expected to provide quality food and refreshments to hospital staff, patients, and visitors. The cycle stand will offer secure parking for bicycles, while the juice corner will serve fresh juices and beverages. All bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price for each spot in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of application submission. The successful bidder must pay 20% of the annual lease value in advance and provide a security deposit as per the terms. The lease period and further terms and conditions are detailed in the auction notice, including annual rent increases and compliance with hospital regulations.
