LEASE: College Canteen Contract for Government Degree College Gujrat 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Degree College Gujrat invites sealed bids for the lease of its college canteen for the academic year 2026-27. The contract period will run from 22-09-2026 to 21-09-2027. Interested parties are required to submit their tenders by the deadline of 22-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids received after this time will not be considered. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives in the college conference room. Items being leased: - College canteen contract for Government Degree College Gujrat for the period 2026-27 The scope of the lease includes the operation and management of the college canteen, providing food and refreshments to students and staff as per the college's requirements and standards. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, quality, and service standards throughout the contract period. The tender process requires submission of both technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes. Bidders must attach a 5% earnest money (CDR) of the annual bid amount in favor of the Principal, Government Degree College Gujrat. Only those bidders who submit the required earnest money and complete documentation will be considered for evaluation. Eligibility criteria include submission of a written application, valid CNIC, and relevant experience in running similar canteen or food service operations. Tender forms can be obtained from the college office from 07-09-2026 to 21-09-2026 during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000.
