The successful bidder will be required to deposit 50 percent of the total bid amount on the spot, with the remaining 50 percent payable within 10 days of the auction. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time will result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit and the contract being awarded to the next highest bidder. The canteen operator must also provide a security deposit equivalent to 20 percent of the total bid amount, refundable at the end of the contract period, subject to satisfactory performance.
