The plots must be commercial or residential cum commercial with a minimum frontage of 35 feet.\n\nEligibility criteria require bidders to be owners of the plots with clear title, Pakistani CNIC holders, registered with FBR and SRB, active taxpayers, and free from litigation or bankruptcy. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 2nd November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
