Establishment and Operation of State-of-the-Art English Medium College and Community Center on Gross Revenue Sharing Basis in Islamabad

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Islamabad invites proposals from private sector firms for the establishment and operation of two major projects on a gross revenue sharing partnership basis. These projects include the establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art English medium college located in Sector G-14/2, Islamabad, and the establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art community center located in Sector G-13/4, Islamabad. Both projects are offered under concession arrangements as per the tender notices TS0000011873E and TS0000011875E. Items being procured: - Establishment and operation of English Medium College in Sector G-14/2 - Establishment and operation of Community Center in Sector G-13/4 The scope involves full operational management and development of these facilities on a revenue sharing basis with FGEHA. Interested firms or colleges with relevant experience and capacity are encouraged to participate. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The deadline for submission of bids has been extended to 23rd September 2026 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may attend. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
