AUCTION: Canteen Lease Rights for Government Shalimar Graduate College Lahore 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Shalimar Graduate College Lahore invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for the college canteen for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to all interested parties who wish to operate the canteen facility within the college premises in Lahore. The auction will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules, ensuring transparency and fair competition among bidders. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen for the year 2026-27 Interested bidders must submit their sealed bids by **5 September 2026** (Saturday) no later than **12:00 PM**. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered. The auction will be held on the same day at **12:30 PM** in the presence of the canteen tender committee and all interested parties. Bidders are required to submit their application for the canteen lease along with a copy of their CNIC and proof of payment of the non-refundable tender form fee of **PKR 2,000** at the tender office. The tender form and further details can be obtained from the tender office during working hours upon presentation of the original CNIC and payment receipt. Eligibility criteria include submission of the required documents and adherence to the auction terms. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, as per PPRA Rules.
