AUCTION: Canteen, Cycle Stand, and Parking Rights at Children Hospital and Institute of Child Health Multan for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Children Hospital and Institute of Child Health Multan is inviting sealed bids for the auction of rights for the canteen, cycle stand, and parking for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the lease rights to operate these facilities within the hospital premises in Multan. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined below. Items being auctioned: - Canteen rights for Children Hospital and Institute of Child Health Multan (Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Cycle Stand rights for Children Hospital and Institute of Child Health Multan (Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000) - Parking rights for Children Hospital and Institute of Child Health Multan (Earnest Money: Rs. 5,000) The auction schedule is as follows: For the canteen, the last date for submission of CDR is 21-09-2026, and the auction will be held on 22-09-2026 at 11:30 am. For the cycle stand, the last date for CDR is 19-09-2026, with the auction on 20-09-2026 at 11:30 am. For parking, the last date for CDR is 17-09-2026, and the auction will be held on 18-09-2026 at 11:30 am. All interested bidders must submit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2,000 for each facility they wish to bid for. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of CDR as specified for each facility. The successful bidder will be required to pay the highest bid amount, and the second highest bidder will be kept as a backup as per the rules. All participants must bring original CNIC and CDR at the time of auction. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete all formalities and ensure your CDR and documents are in order, as late arrivals may not be entertained.
