AUCTION: Hospital Canteen and Parking Rights for 2026-27 at Mian Meer Hospital Lahore

The auction will be conducted under the supervision of the Medical Superintendent, and all terms and conditions must be strictly followed by the bidders. Items being auctioned: - Hospital Canteen Lease Rights (annual reserve price: Rs. 2,750,000, earnest money: Rs. 100,000) - Hospital Parking Lease Rights (annual reserve price: Rs. 2,600,000, earnest money: Rs. 75,000) The canteen is expected to provide hygienic food and beverages to patients, attendants, and hospital staff, while the parking facility must ensure safe and organized vehicle management. Both facilities are located within the hospital campus, offering a steady flow of customers throughout the year. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR along with their sealed bids. The auction will be held on 12 June 2026 at 9:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and deposit the required earnest money will be allowed to participate. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction.
