AUCTION: Canteen and Parking Lease Rights at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Sangla Hill for FY 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Sangla Hill, District Nankana Sahib, invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the hospital canteen and parking area for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is open to all interested parties, and the highest bidder above the government of Punjab's reserved price will be awarded the contract. The auction will be held at the hospital premises, and the successful bidder will be responsible for operating the canteen and managing the parking facility from the award date until 30-06-2027. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the hospital canteen at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Sangla Hill - Lease rights for the hospital parking area at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Sangla Hill Interested bidders can obtain the detailed terms and conditions from the office during working hours by depositing a non-refundable fee of 1000 PKR. Each bid must be accompanied by earnest money of 200,000 PKR in the form of a separate call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Sangla Hill. The last date for submission of bids is 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The auction for the canteen lease will be held on 10 November 2026 at 1:00 PM, and for the parking lease at 2:00 PM on the same day, both at the hospital office. The successful bidder must commence operations from the award date, and the lease will remain valid until 30 June 2027. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel any bid without assigning any reason, and any disputes can be challenged in court. Bidders are advised to visit the hospital premises beforehand to assess the facilities and prepare competitive bids.
