AUCTION: License Rights for Canteen and Parking Stand at Nawaz Sharif Social Security Teaching Hospital Multan Road Lahore 2026-2027

Nawaz Sharif Social Security Teaching Hospital Multan Road Lahore invites sealed bids for the auction of license rights for the hospital canteen and parking stand for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be conducted at the hospital premises in Lahore. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction to secure the rights for running the canteen and managing the parking stand within the hospital. Items being auctioned: - Canteen License Rights: Reserve price Rs. 1,00,000, monthly license fee Rs. 1,34,900 (per month without all tax) - Parking Stand License Rights: Reserve price Rs. 40,000, monthly license fee Rs. 23,500 (per month without all tax) The canteen is expected to serve hospital staff, patients, and visitors, while the parking stand will cater to vehicles entering the hospital premises. Both facilities are located within the hospital boundary, ensuring a steady flow of customers. The auction will be held on 19 August 2026 at 12:00 PM for the parking stand and at 11:00 AM for the canteen. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR equivalent to the reserve price, along with their application, by 17 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of tax registration. Successful bidders will be required to execute an agreement on a stamp paper and deposit the license fee in advance as per hospital policy.
