AUCTION: Canteen and Parking Stand of DHQ Hospital Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Jhelum announces the auction of the canteen and parking stand for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is for the lease of the canteen and parking stand located at DHQ Hospital Jhelum, Punjab. The auction process has been initiated for one year from the date of issuance of the award letter, with an option to extend for three months upon satisfactory performance. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand with a bid security of Rs. 500,000 - Canteen with a bid security of Rs. 500,000 The auction dates are scheduled for 19-09-2026, with the parking stand auction starting at 10:00 AM and the canteen auction at 11:30 AM. The last date for submission of tenders is 18-09-2026 till 10:00 AM. Bidders are required to submit their bidding documents via the e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) by the deadline. Successful bidders must pay three months' advance payment of the successful bid in the Government Treasury within three days, including all applicable taxes. The security deposits of the second and third place bidders will be returned after handing over possession to the first place bidder. Failure to deposit the contract amount will result in forfeiture of the call deposit receipt (CDR) and awarding the contract to the next eligible bidder. The hospital administration reserves the right to reject all offers before awarding the contract under PPRA 2014, Amended Rule 35(1). Government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies declared defaulters are not eligible to participate. The successful bidder must vacate the premises within 15 days of prior notice without legal challenge.
