AUCTION: Collection Rights for Cattle Market Fee Bhawana Tehsil 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Bhawana is conducting an open auction for the collection rights of the cattle market fee (Maweshi Mandi) for the financial year 2026-27. The auction pertains to the right to collect fees from the Bhawana cattle market, with an average monthly collection of approximately 19000 animals. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process as per the schedule below. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for cattle market fee (Maweshi Mandi) Bhawana Tehsil for the year 2026-27 (average 19000 animals per month) The auction will be held in three rounds. The first round will take place on 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. If the reserve price is not met, the second round will be held on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and if still unsuccessful, the third and final round will be on 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a monthly amount of Rs. 45,000 as the minimum bid. The contract period will extend until 30-06-2027. The successful bidder must also deposit 10% of the annual contract value as earnest money along with the application. Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC and a recent passport-size photograph. Eligibility criteria include registration with Punjab Revenue Authority under the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act 2016, and a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000. All interested parties must submit their sealed bids at the office of the Assistant Commissioner Bhawana, District Chiniot.
