AUCTION: Scrap Wood Logs Disposal by Pakistan Mint Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Mint Lahore invites eligible bidders to participate in an electronic auction for the disposal of scrap wood logs. The auction is conducted through the e-PADS V2.0 platform, ensuring transparency and ease of participation for all interested parties. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents, including registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Items being auctioned: - Scrap Wood Logs The auction follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with a completion/performance period of 15 days. Manual bids will not be accepted; all bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from https://epads.gov.pk/. These documents contain detailed instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications. Prospective bidders are required to submit a sealed bid security in the form of a CDR, Banker Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, favoring the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore. Failure to submit the original bid security before the closing time will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Additionally, one hard copy of the bidding documents must be submitted to Pakistan Mint before the bid closing time. The bid submission deadline is **22-09-2026** at 10:00 hrs, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 hrs at Pakistan Mint Lahore. Conditional or incomplete bids without original bid security will be rejected. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33 (1).
