AUCTION: Collection Rights for General Bus Stand and Cattle Market, Municipal Committee Rawalpindi 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the financial year 2026-2027 under the Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules, 2016. The auction will be held for the following sites: - General Bus Stand, Municipal Committee Rawalpindi (Reserve Price: Rs. 64,07,783 per annum, Security: Rs. 6,40,778) - Cattle Market, Municipal Committee Rawalpindi (Reserve Price: Rs. 9,70,733 per annum, Security: Rs. 97,073) Interested parties must submit a pay order of 10 percent of the reserve price as earnest money along with their application. The auction will take place on 31-08-2026 at 12:00 PM in the office of the TMO (F), Municipal Committee Rawalpindi. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 60 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 40 percent payable as per the schedule. The contract period will be from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 for the General Bus Stand and for the full financial year for the Cattle Market. Eligibility criteria include compliance with the Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules, 2016, and submission of all required documents. Bidders must not be defaulters of the Municipal Committee and must provide valid CNIC copies. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bids must be submitted in person at the office of the Municipal Committee Rawalpindi before the auction date.
