Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The District Headquarter Hospital Vehari invites bids for the Auction of Canteen Services at DHQ Hospital Vehari for the Financial Year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended till date). Interested bidders, including firms or individuals registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, are eligible to participate.
Items being auctioned:
- Auction of Canteen Services at DHQ Hospital Vehari for FY 2026-27
Bidding documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained upon a non-refundable payment of Rs. 2,000/- by 29.09.2026 during office hours from the Procurement Office DHQ Hospital Vehari or downloaded from the official Punjab e-procurement website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted by 30th September 2026 at 11:59 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM at the Resource Centre DHQ Hospital Vehari in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bids must include a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid envelopes should be clearly marked as FINANCIAL PROPOSAL and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL in bold and legible letters. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and NTN and GST certificates must be provided.
The auction process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and the firm is requested to carefully read the bidding documents. In case the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, the next official working day will be considered.
