AUCTION: Canteens/Mess and Cycle Stands at Nishter Hospital Multan

Nishtar Hospital Multan invites bids for the public auction of various canteens, mess, and cycle stands located within its premises for the financial year 2026-27. The auction includes the following properties: - House Staff Doctors Mess, Area: 1004 SFT, Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000, 10% Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000 - Bhutta Hall Doctors Mess, Area: 2313 SFT, Reserve Price: Rs. 935,000, 10% Reserve Price: Rs. 93,500 - New Pharmacy Store Canteen, Area: 108 SFT, Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000, 10% Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000 - Nursing Hostel Canteen/Mess, Area: 3519 SFT, Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000, 10% Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000 - Accident & Emergency Cycle Stand, Area: 1938 SFT, Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000, 10% Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000 The auction will be conducted via the e-Auction Portal https://eauction-health.punjab.gov.pk and https://dht.nmu.pk. Interested bidders must register on the portal by 7th October 2026 to upload eligibility status. The last date for grievance redressal is 21st October 2026, and the final date for uploading grievances is 3rd November 2026. Applicants must submit a 10% CDR of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Medical Superintendent Nishter Hospital Multan within 10 days of grievance announcement. Only registered applicants will be eligible to participate in the e-auction. The auction will start from the advertised reserve price and the final offer must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. The auction will be extended by 5 minutes if a bid is received in the last minute.
