AUCTION: Canteens at SFMKB Institute of Cardiology Dera Ghazi Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The SFMKB Institute of Cardiology in Dera Ghazi Khan invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the public auction of its canteens for a period of one year. The auction will be conducted through the e-Auction portal as per the schedule provided. Items being auctioned: - Main Canteen located in Basement, 2,806 Sqft - Sub Canteen located on North Side of OPD Block near Saraye, 2,544 Sqft The auction reserve price is set at a bold PKR 7,000,000 for one year. The auction will start from this reserve price and subsequent offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. The auction will be conducted exclusively online, and hard copy submissions are not required. The successful applicant's offer will be final and binding after the auction concludes at midnight (12:00 AM) on the auction day.
