The auction will be held on 02-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Layyah. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the lucrative opportunity to operate and collect fees from these designated mandi sites. The successful bidders will be granted the right to manage and collect revenue from the respective mandi locations for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Khairpur Cattle Mandi (9 months): Reserve Price Rs. 1,125,000, Earnest Money Rs. 112,500, Lease Period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 - Chak No. 9 Cattle Mandi (9 months): Reserve Price Rs. 675,000, Earnest Money Rs. 67,500, Lease Period 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 - Layyah Cattle Mandi (5 years): Reserve Price Rs. 1,250,000, Earnest Money Rs. 375,000, Lease Period 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2031 The technical scope includes the management of cattle markets, collection of entry and service fees, and ensuring compliance with municipal regulations. Bidders must provide proof of NTN registration and submit the required earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) along with their bid. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria, including financial capacity and relevant experience, will be considered. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be accepted.
