AUCTION: Confiscated Vehicles, Goods and Perishable Items by Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Sukkur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Sukkur invites the general public to participate in an open auction of confiscated vehicles, goods, and perishable items. The auction will be held at the Customs Office, Sukkur on 14.09.2026 at 10:00 AM. Interested parties and bidders may inspect the items at any time during office hours starting from 09-09-2026 at the State Warehouse Sukkur. Items being auctioned include confiscated vehicles, various goods, and perishable items held under the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Sukkur. The auction will be conducted strictly under the Customs Act, 1969 and related rules. Bidders must comply with all conditions as per the Act. The auction will be on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis. Under Rules 67, bidders must submit earnest money amounting to twenty-five percent of the highest bid in the form of a Pay Order in the name of Collector, Collectorate to Customs (Enforcement), Hyderabad. Failure to pay earnest money will result in cancellation of the bid. The successful bidder must also deposit the amount of advance income tax separately. The Collector reserves the right to cancel, accept, or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Entry to the auction premises may be restricted or refused by the Collector under Rule 75(iii).
