AUCTION: Collection Rights of Cattle Market Fees for Dera Ghazi Khan 2026-27

Municipal Corporation Dera Ghazi Khan invites open public auction bids for the collection rights of cattle market fees (Saanar Bhais) for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the designated auction site, Jinnah Hall, Municipal Corporation Dera Ghazi Khan, on 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. This opportunity is for the collection of revenue from cattle market fees within the jurisdiction of Dera Ghazi Khan for a period of ten months, from 01 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights of cattle market fees (Saanar Bhais) for Dera Ghazi Khan Schedule: Cattle market at Chhota Bazaar, Jinnah Hall, Dera Ghazi Khan Fee: Rs. 150 per animal Large animal offloading commission: Rs. 200 per animal Reserve price: Rs. 2,53,500 Annual estimated revenue: Rs. 25,33,361 Duration: 10 months (01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting the specified fees from the cattle market as per the terms and conditions outlined by the Municipal Corporation. Bidders must deposit 10% earnest money of the reserve price in the form of CDR or pay order at the time of auction. Only those bidders who are not defaulters of any government department in Pakistan are eligible to participate. The successful bidder must sign the contract within the stipulated time, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. All applicable taxes and government levies will be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
