AUCTION: Kasur Cattle Market Income Rights 2026-27 (Second Attempt)

The successful bidders will be granted the right to collect income from the specified cattle markets for the stated period. Items being auctioned: - Kasur Cattle Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 9,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,00,000, Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Sanda Cattle Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 50,000, Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Kot Radha Kishan Cattle Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,00,000, Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the cattle markets, ensuring proper fee collection and adherence to council regulations. Bidders must submit the required earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) along with their applications. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval.
