AUCTION: Lease Rights of Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi) for 2 Years at Kot Addu

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Kot Addu is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of the Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi) located in Kot Addu for a period of 2 years (2026-2028). This auction is being conducted under the Punjab Local Government Auction Rules 2018 and relevant amendments. The successful bidder will be granted the right to operate and collect fees from the cattle market as per the terms and conditions set by the committee. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi), Kot Addu, for 2 years (2026-2028), minimum monthly bid Rs. 30,000 The technical scope includes full operational management of the cattle market, collection of entry and service fees as per the approved schedule, and maintenance of order and cleanliness within the market premises. The leaseholder must comply with all municipal regulations and ensure smooth functioning of the market. Eligibility requires submission of a call deposit receipt (CDR) or pay order of at least Rs. 10,000 as earnest money along with the bid. Bidders must not be defaulters of the Municipal Committee and must provide a copy of their CNIC. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/10th of the total annual bid amount immediately after the auction and sign the agreement within the stipulated time. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Kot Addu, by **17.09.2026 at 11:00 AM**. The auction will be held in the presence of the auction committee and interested bidders. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
