AUCTION: Lease Rights for Parking, Cattle Market, Bus Stand, and Shops for 2026-27 at Municipal Committee Kot Shrif

The auction will be held on 17-09-2026 at 01:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee. The following lots are available for auction: - Parking Fee (Reserve Price: Rs. 47,525,959, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Cattle Market (Reserve Price: Rs. 752,473, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - General Bus Stand (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,100,000, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Shops (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,000,000, Lease Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Slaughterhouse, Municipal Committee Kot Shrif (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000,000, Lease Period: 01-11-2026 to 30-10-2027) Each lot has a specified reserve price and lease period. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 16% of the reserve price in the form of CDR or Pay Order at the time of auction. Only those on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Successful bidders will be required to pay all applicable taxes and abide by the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the Chief Officer and relevant committee members.
