AUCTION: Monthly Rent Rights for LCD 10x20 Size on Roof of New Plaza Building Chappar Bazar Chakwal

The Municipal Committee Chakwal invites interested parties to participate in the auction for the monthly rent rights of an LCD 10x20 size installed on the roof of the New Plaza Building (ex-Bata Shop) located at Chappar Bazar, Chakwal. This auction concerns the lease of advertising space for a period of 5 years under the Punjab Local Government (Property Rules 2018) and PLGA 2025. The auction will be held at the Jinnah Hall, Office of the Municipal Committee Chakwal on 16th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Items being auctioned: - LCD 10x20 Size on monthly rent basis installed on the roof of New Plaza Building (ex-Bata Shop) Chappar Bazar Chakwal The reserved price is fixed at Rs. 90,000 per month. After the expiry of the tenancy, the lease period may be extended subject to reassessment of the rent as per market rate. Interested firms or individuals must submit a security deposit of Rs. 5,00,000 in the form of a pay order or call deposit along with a copy of their CNIC. Firms or companies must also submit a registration certificate and an authority letter. In case of an increase in bid money, the security deposit will be increased accordingly. The Auction Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
