AUCTION: Parking Stand Rights for City Sheikhupura 2026-27

Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction process for the following parking stand contracts: Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand Rights for City Sheikhupura (Contract period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,748,612/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 174,861/-) - Parking Stand Rights for Sheikhupura Railway Station (Contract period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027, Reserve Price: Rs. 92,667/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 9,267/-) The technical scope includes the management and operation of designated parking stands within the city and at the railway station, ensuring proper ticketing, security, and compliance with municipal regulations. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting parking fees as per the approved rates and maintaining order at the sites. Eligibility requires submission of valid CNIC, proof of financial capability, and deposit of earnest money (10% of the reserve price) in the form of CDR or pay order at the time of auction. Previous defaulters or blacklisted parties are not eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Local Government Auction Rules 2016.
