AUCTION: Lease Rights of Cattle Markets and Bus Stands in UADA Kohat Jurisdiction for 2026

The auction will be held on 8th August 2026 at 12:00 PM at the UADA office in Kohat. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for Cattle Market No. 02 and 44 (annual contract, 3 years) - Lease rights for 10 bus stands (annual contract, 15 years) - Lease rights for 2 slaughterhouses (annual contract, 5 years) - Lease rights for 10 bus stands (annual contract, 3 years) - Lease rights for cattle market at IX (annual contract, 3 years) - Lease rights for 2 cattle markets at KDA (annual contract, 3 years) - Lease rights for slaughterhouse at IX (annual contract, 3 years) Each lot has its own earnest money requirement, typically 10% of the annual reserve price, to be submitted as CDR along with the bid.
