The auction will be conducted for the following properties and rights: - Vegetable Market Shops (2 lots): - Shop No. 2, annual value: 13,00,000 PKR, earnest money (CDR): 1,30,000 PKR, registration fee: 30,000 PKR - Shop No. 2, annual value: 22,00,000 PKR, earnest money (CDR): 2,20,000 PKR, registration fee: 30,000 PKR - Canteen Lease (2 lots): - Canteen, annual value: 5,60,000 PKR, earnest money (CDR): 56,000 PKR, registration fee: 30,000 PKR - Parking Stand Lease (3 lots): - Parking Stand, annual value: 5,60,000 PKR, earnest money (CDR): 56,000 PKR, registration fee: 30,000 PKR The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Chakwal as per the following schedule: - 27-08-2026, 11:00 AM: Shop No. 2 (first lot) - 29-08-2026, 12:00 PM: Shop No. 2 (second lot) - 01-09-2026, 11:00 AM: Canteen and Parking Stand Interested parties must submit their applications along with the required earnest money (CDR), registration fee, and relevant documents before the auction date. Only those registered with the Market Committee will be eligible to participate. Bidders must ensure their presence at the specified time and venue. The highest bid will be accepted, subject to approval by the competent authority. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Market Committee will be final.
