AUCTION: Collection Rights for Fruit Market, Vegetable Market, and Entry Fee at Noshehra Virkan, Gujranwala 2026-27

Market Committee Noshehra Virkan, Gujranwala, invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for various market fees and entry charges for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the Deputy Director's office, Gujranwala, on 22 August 2026 at 2:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following rights: Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for entry fee at Fruit and Vegetable Market Noshehra Virkan (Reserve price: PKR 3,000,000, Earnest money: PKR 300,000, Registration fee: PKR 30,000) - Collection rights for market fee at Fruit Market Noshehra Virkan (Reserve price: PKR 5,200,000, Earnest money: PKR 520,000, Registration fee: PKR 30,000) - Collection rights for market fee at Vegetable Market Noshehra Virkan (Reserve price: PKR 1,600,000, Earnest money: PKR 160,000, Registration fee: PKR 30,000) Each lot has its own reserve price, earnest money (10% of reserve), and registration fee, all of which must be deposited before the auction date. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all terms and conditions set by the Market Committee, including timely payment and adherence to collection procedures. Only those who deposit the required earnest money and registration fee will be eligible to participate in the auction. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of deposit for registration. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
