Tender Description
SME Leasing Limited invites bids for the auction of a commercial office building located at Office No. 4, 900 square feet, Choti Manzil, Plate No. 21/C/II, Sector III, DHA Karachi. The auction is open to individuals and institutions holding valid ownership or tenancy rights related to the property. The auction requires bidders to submit a bid security of PKR 400,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of SME Leasing Limited. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time. All other bid securities will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Bids must be submitted by August 10, 2026, by 4:00 PM. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders must submit a confidential and commercial offer including a copy of their CNIC, complete documents, telephone, and mobile number. If a company or firm submits the bid, the authorized representative must present a valid authorization letter.
