The successful bidder will be responsible for the full operation of the canteen, including staffing, procurement of supplies, and compliance with health regulations. The minimum monthly rent (reserve price) is set at Rs. 20,000, and the contract will be awarded to the highest successful bidder. The initial contract period is for one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Earnest money of Rs. 20,000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of a pay order or CDR. Bids will be opened on 5 October 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the process is not completed on the first day, subsequent rounds will be held on 6 and 7 October 2026 at the same time. The successful bidder must sign the agreement and deposit the first month's rent within the stipulated time. Late payment will incur a 10% penalty per month.
