AUCTION: Mango and Lychee Fruit Harvest Rights at Orchard, Federal Constabulary Shabqadar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Federal Constabulary Shabqadar is conducting an open auction for the rights to harvest mango and lychee fruits from the orchard located within the FC premises. The auction will be held on 21-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the FC post. Only one season's fruit rights are being offered for both mango and lychee, and only those interested in acquiring the fruit harvest for this season may participate. Prospective bidders can inspect the orchard and the fruit at any time before the auction. Items being auctioned: - Harvest rights for the current season's mango and lychee fruits from the FC orchard, Shabqadar The auction will be conducted through open bidding. The successful bidder must immediately deposit half of the winning bid amount as earnest money, with the remaining half to be paid within three months. If the successful bidder fails to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time, the earnest money will be forfeited. The department will not be responsible for any natural calamities or damages to the fruit after the auction. A refundable security deposit of PKR 100,000 is required from all participants before the auction, which will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. Interested parties should ensure they bring valid identification and the required security deposit to participate. The auction is open to all eligible individuals, and the process will be transparent. A practical tip: visit the orchard in advance to assess the fruit quality and estimate your bid accordingly, as on-site inspection can give you a competitive edge.
