AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Sites and Bicycle Stand at Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar

Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar invites bids through E-Auction for the lease rights of various parking sites and a bicycle stand for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned: - Chowk Yadgar Parking Stand (annual reserve price: Rs. 16,50,000) - Hashtnagri Parking Stand (annual reserve price: Rs. 2,08,000) - Chowk Yadgar Bicycle Stand (annual reserve price: Rs. 20,000) - Hashtnagri Bicycle Stand (annual reserve price: Rs. 10,000) The technical scope includes the management and operation of these parking and bicycle stand sites for the specified period. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, collection of parking fees, and maintaining the premises as per municipal standards. The lease period will commence from 01-10-2026 and continue until 30-09-2027. All interested bidders must register on the E-Baldia portal (https://cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk) to participate in the auction. Earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price for filers and 20% for non-filers must be deposited as per the instructions in the notice. Eligibility criteria include valid CNIC, registration on the E-Baldia portal, and compliance with KPPRA rules. The auction will close on 28-09-2026 at 23:30 hours. Bidders are advised to submit their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. The highest successful bidder will be required to deposit the advance amount and sign the agreement within the stipulated time, failing which the bid will be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.
